Cera is recruiting Care Assistants for our Extra Care service in Haydon Court. This role offers part-time and full-time permanent positions, with day and night shifts and no previous experience required.

As a care assistant you will support residents with daily living, meals, dressing and medications, while providing compassionate companionship. We offer training, holiday pay, pension, DBS, uniform, and career development.

Qualifications

• A passion for helping others; caring experience desirable but not essential.
• Flexible to work various shifts, including alternate weekends.
