Orders of St. John Care Trust is opening Melksham Gardens, an 80-bed home in Melksham. We are seeking experienced Care Assistants to join a brand-new team, with a 42-hour per week contract and a pay rate of £13.67 per hour.

Join us to help deliver person-centred care, support residents daily routines, and contribute to creating a welcoming, home-like environment from the outset. Training and development are a pride of OSJCT.

Qualifications

• Experienced Care Assistants preferred.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines and personal care, including washing, bathing and assisting with toilet use.
• Get to know each resident as an individual and help them enjoy a happy, fulfilling life.
• Contribute to establishing standards, routines and a positive culture in a brand-new home.
