Job summary

Orders of St. John Care Trust is recruiting Registered Nurses for Melksham Gardens, a brand-new 80-bed home opening in 2027. You’ll help establish clinical standards and lead a developing team in a person‑centred care setting.

You will work at Melksham Gardens, a 42‑hour-per-week role with a permanent contract, earning £24.49 per hour. Join us from the very beginning to shape high-quality care and resident wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with NMC registration and current PIN.
• Post‑registration experience and ongoing professional development.
• Willingness to undertake training in clinical areas including medication administration, venepuncture, and dementia care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the care team on shift to ensure high standards of nursing and personal care.
• Assess, plan, deliver, monitor and evaluate care in partnership with residents and families.
• Liaise with GPs, hospitals and external agencies to coordinate care.
