Job summary

Melksham Gardens is a brand-new 80-bed care home opening in 2027, part of OSJCT Group. As a Night Care Assistant, you’ll support residents overnight, helping with personal care, routines and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment.

We’re seeking experienced, compassionate carers who can build trust with residents, families and colleagues, adapt to a new team, and contribute to a welcoming, person-centred home from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience in care settings and night-time support.
• Ability to communicate with residents, families and colleagues.
• Demonstrates dignity, respect and person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight personal care and support routines.
• Ensure residents feel safe, comfortable and well cared for at night.
• Respond to individual needs with kindness, patience and calmness.
• Help residents maintain independence where possible.
