Orders of St. John Care Trust is seeking Housekeepers for Melksham Gardens, a brand-new 80-bed care home opening in 2027. 35 hours per week at a pay rate of £13.01 per hour, with duties centered on maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards in a welcoming, homely environment.

You’ll join a team delivering first-class care across residential, dementia and nursing services, while benefiting from training and development opportunities within the expanding group.

Qualifications

• No prior housekeeping experience required.
• Full training will be provided to get you started.
• You’ll be comfortable interacting with residents in a caring and sensitive way.

Responsibilities

• Keep residents’ rooms and common areas clean, tidy and welcoming.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and infection control.
• Assist with laundry tasks where required and support a safe environment.
