Job summary

Orders of St. John Care Trust is opening Melksham Gardens, a brand-new 80-bed care home in Melksham.

We are seeking experienced Night Care Assistants to join the team and help residents feel safe, comfortable and well cared for during the night. You will support daily routines and personal care, including washing and bathing, attend to toileting needs, and build meaningful relationships with residents, families and colleagues as we establish the home.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a care setting.
• Passion for high-quality, person-centred care.
• Ability to work night shifts with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities
