Job summary

Agincare is hiring a Home Carer in Weymouth to support clients in their own homes, helping with daily routines, meals, and personal care. You will provide companionship and practical support, building trusting relationships with clients and their families.

No formal care qualifications are required, but a caring attitude and willingness to learn are essential. A full UK driving licence and flexibility to work weekends are needed.

The Role of a Home Carer:

• Supporting people with their daily routines, including household tasks and personal care
• Helping with shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and making a comforting cup of tea
• Providing companionship, a listening ear, and friendly conversation
• Helping with medication

About you:

You'll bring:

• A warm, caring, and compassionate approach to supporting others
• Strong people skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships

• A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (please note we are currently unable to offer sponsorship)
• A full UK driving licence - access to your own car - Required
• Flexibility to work alternating weekends
