Macklin Care Homes is seeking Care Assistants for Day shifts in our Nursing and Residential Units. Join our award-winning team and contribute to compassionate, person-centred care that enhances residents' daily lives.

You will support nursing staff with daily activities, documentation, and care plans while delivering a high standard of care in a friendly, progressive environment. Registration with NISCC is expected.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a high standard of resident care.
• Strong organisational skills are essential.
• Good communication and collaboration with staff.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with daily living activities (dressing, bathing, eating, mobility).
• Delivering person-centred care to all residents.
• Enriching residents' lives through activities.
• Updating and maintaining accurate care records.
• Supporting the nursing team with policies and procedures.
• Providing one-to-one care when required.
