Macklin Care Homes in Coleraine, Northern Ireland is seeking Female Care Assistants for the Nursing Unit (Day shift). Sponsorship will be considered.

You will join a cheerful, caring, and innovative team dedicated to meeting residents' social, emotional and physical needs in line with the Patient Charter of Rights. This full-time role requires compassionate individuals who can deliver excellent care and support to residents, while upholding high standards of hygiene and safety within the home,

Qualifications

• Be able to provide high-quality resident care.
• Communicate and work cooperatively with other staff members.
• Ability to operate under pressure and take initiative.
• Maintain high standards of personal presentation and attention to detail.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Be eligible to work in the U.K.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with activities of daily living (dressing, bathing, eating, mobility).
• Provide person-centred care to residents.
• Plan activities that enrich residents' lives.
• Keep accurate confidential records per policy.
• Support nursing team with policies and procedures.
• Be fully flexible to provide one-to-one care as needed.
