Macklin Care Homes – Leabank Care Home in Ballycastle is seeking a Care Assistant for dayshift. You will support residents with daily living activities, delivering compassionate, person-centred care and engaging activities alongside a dedicated nursing team.

Qualifications

Deliver a high standard of resident care.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Clear written and verbal communication in English.
Be eligible to work in the UK and able to work flexible hours.
Desire to develop in a caring role with ongoing training.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities (dressing, bathing, mobility).
Provide person-centred care and enriching activities.
Maintain accurate care records and support nursing staff with policies.
Support one-to-one care and respond to residents' needs as required.
