Qualifikationen

• Strong background in elderly or residential care.
• Flexible to work night shifts.
• Familiar with safe medication handling & documentation.
• Knowledge of infection control, safeguarding, and health & safety in care environments.
• Empathetic, compassionate approach to residents.
• Mentor and support junior staff.
• Clear communication with residents, families and colleagues.
• Assess situations quickly and act in residents' best interests.
• Ability to work under pressure and use initiative.
• High standard of personal presentation and attention to detail.
• Develop, implement and review care plans.
• Commitment to ongoing training and development.
