Qualifications
- Knowledge of PREPP, Primary Nursing, Care Planning, and the Patients Charter.
- Experience with elderly care issues and familiarity with regulatory requirements.
- Good written and spoken English and a valid UK work permit.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent patient care complying with NMC, RQIA, and HSCT requirements.
- Develop tailored care plans and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Administer medicines and maintain accurate resident records.
