Unique Senior Care is seeking a Care Assistant to deliver high‑quality domiciliary care in clients' homes across the Stratford-upon-Avon area. The role covers Monday to Friday with contracted hours up to 30 per week, offering both full‑time and part‑time options.

You will provide personal care, administer medications where appropriate, offer companionship, and help with daily living tasks. A valid UK driving licence and a compassionate, reliable approach are essential; training is provided and

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence, access to a car and business insurance.
• Right to work in the UK.
• A caring, compassionate, and reliable nature.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts (including evenings, weekends and holidays).
• Previous experience in care work is desirable but not essential – training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care support (bathing, toileting, dressing).
• Administer medications safely as per guidance.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and encourage wellbeing.
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and dietary needs.
• Support with mobility assistance (transfers to chairs/wheelchairs).
• Help with light housekeeping and maintain a safe environment.
• Keep accurate care records and daily observations.
