Agincare is seeking a Care Assistant (females only) at our Rochester care home. You will provide high-quality personal care, assist with daily living activities, and support residents with dignity and compassion.

We offer funded training up to QCF Level 5, a pension scheme, on-demand pay, and a Refer-a-Friend scheme. The role is 36 hours per week, 8am-8pm with alternating weekends; sponsorship is not available.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship).
• Previous experience working within a care home is required.
