Agincare Group in New Milton is seeking a Home Care Assistant to support clients at home with daily routines and personal care. The role focuses on companionship, practical help, and a friendly, caring presence in clients' own homes.

Eligible applicants should have a caring nature; no prior care experience is required as training is provided. A full UK driving licence is required and sponsorship is not available.

The Role of a Home Carer:

• Supporting people with their daily routines, including household tasks and personal care
• Helping with shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and making a comforting cup of tea
• Providing companionship, a listening ear, and friendly conversation
• Helping with medication

About you:

Above all, we’re looking for someone kind, compassionate, and genuinely passionate about helping others.You don’t need previous care experience or qualifications; if you have the right attitude and a caring nature, we can teach you the rest.

You’ll bring:

• A warm, caring, and compassionate approach to supporting others
• Strong people skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships
• A supportive, professional, and team-focused mindset
• A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (please note we are currently unable to offer sponsorship)
• A full UK driving licence required with access to your own car.
