Job summary

Agincare Weymouth in Brighton is seeking a caring Home Carer to support clients with daily routines, personal care, and companionship in their own homes. No prior healthcare experience is required as we provide comprehensive training and ongoing development.

The Role of a Home Carer:

• Supporting people with their daily routines, including household tasks and personal care
• Helping with shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and making a comforting cup of tea
• Providing companionship, a listening ear, and friendly conversation
• Helping with medication

About you:

You’ll bring:

• No previous healthcare experience required - We provide comprehensive training, free of charge
• A warm, caring, and compassionate approach to supporting others
• Strong people skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships
• A supportive, professional, and team-focused mindset
• A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (please note we are currently unable to offer sponsorship)
• Flexibility to work alternating weekends
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
