Job summary

Agincare in Brighton is seeking a Home Carer to support clients in their own homes with daily routines and personal care. You will build meaningful relationships and contribute to a high-quality care service across local communities.

We welcome applicants with a kind and compassionate approach, offering full training and a flexible working pattern to fit around you. Driving to client homes is often required, and a UK driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• No previous healthcare experience required; training provided.
• Driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK with at least 12 months remaining.

Responsibilities

• Support people with daily routines, including household tasks and personal care.
• Assist with shopping, meal preparation, and making tea.
• Provide companionship and a listening ear.
• Help with medication as needed.

The Role of a Home Carer:

• Supporting people with their daily routines, including household tasks and personal care
• Helping with shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and making a comforting cup of tea
• Providing companionship, a listening ear, and friendly conversation
• Helping with medication

About you:

You’ll bring:

• No previous healthcare experience required - We provide comprehensive training, free of charge
• A warm , caring, and compassionate approach to supporting others
• Strong people skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships
• A supportive , professional, and team-focused mindset
• A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (please note we are currently unable to offer sponsorship)
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
