Job summary

Agincare Weymouth is seeking a Home Care Assistant to support clients in Totton/Southampton with daily routines, personal care, and companionship. You will help with shopping, meal prep, and ensure a comforting, respectful home environment.

No prior care experience is required, but a warm, empathetic approach and flexible schedule are essential. A full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK are required, with weekend availability desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with daily routines, personal care, and household tasks.

The Role of a Home Carer

• Supporting people with their daily routines, including household tasks and personal care
• Helping with shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and making a comforting cup of tea
• Providing companionship, a listening ear, and friendly conversation
• Helping with medication

About you

You’ll bring:
