Natali Healthcare Solutions UK Ltd, in partnership with Brighter Days Care at Home, is recruiting care workers to provide person-centred home care across Salisbury and surrounding areas.

We offer flexible part-time or full-time shifts, DBS funded by the company, a pension, a company mobile phone, and paid annual leave. Full Right to Work in the UK is required; drivers are preferred for mobility between clients.

About The Role

Key Information

• Pay Rate: From £13.00/hour
• Experience: No experience needed – full training + shadowing provided
• Hours: Flexible part-time or full-time shifts available
• Weekend Work: Weekend availability required (flexible rota)
• Mileage: .35p/mile

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing person-centred home care
• Supporting with meals, medication, and daily tasks
• Offering companionship & emotional support
• Helping with appointments, shopping & social outings
• Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
• Supporting male and female clients with personal care (this can include but is not limited to: Bathing, toileting, dressing, feeding, etc)
