Job summary

South Coast Nursing Homes is seeking a Care Assistant for days at Eastridge Manor in Bolney, Nr Haywards Heath. The role involves delivering high quality personal care, promoting independence, and supporting residents in social and daily activities.

We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our team on Days at Eastridge Manor in Bolney, Nr Haywards Heath.

Hours - Full Time - 36hrs per week

As a Care Assistant You Will Be

• Providing high quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents;
• Promoting independence and enablement and providing any support to the residents where necessary;
• Ensuring electronic residents’ personalised interactions are inputted on the system;
• Serving food and drinks to the residents and promoting social dining experiences;
• Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing their personal care.
• Provide social stimulation

• Ideally, you’ll have experience in the Healthcare sector, however we will provide you with all the training you need to be successful in the role;
