Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Home Carer to support clients in Totton/Southampton, delivering daily living assistance with kindness and professionalism. You will help with personal care, household tasks, meals, transportation, and companionship, making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

No prior care experience is required; a caring attitude and willingness to learn are prioritized, with full training and qualifications funded. A full UK driving license and weekend flexibility are expected.

About You

Above all, we’re looking for someone kind, compassionate, and genuinely passionate about helping others. You don’t need previous care experience or qualifications; if you have the right attitude and a caring nature, we can teach you the rest.

You’ll Bring

• A warm, caring, and compassionate approach to supporting others
• Strong people skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships
• A supportive, professional, and team-focused mindset
• A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (please note we are currently unable to offer sponsorship)
• A full UK driving licence
• Flexibility to work alternating weekends
