Agincare is recruiting a Home Carer in New Milton to help people live independently at home with dignity and companionship. You’ll support daily routines, meals, shopping and personal care, while building trusting relationships with clients and their families.

No prior care experience is required; we’ll train you. A full UK driving licence with access to your own car is essential, and weekend flexibility helps you fit care around life.

Qualificações

• Warm, caring and compassionate approach to supporting others.
• Right to work in the UK for at least 12 months, no sponsorship.
• Full UK driving licence with access to own car.
• Willing to work alternating weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Support people with daily routines, household tasks and personal care.
• Assist with shopping, meal preparation and making hot drinks.
• Provide companionship and a listening ear to brighten mornings.
• Help with medication as required.

The Role of a Home Carer

• Supporting people with their daily routines, including household tasks and personal care
• Helping with shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and making a comforting cup of tea
• Providing companionship, a listening ear, and friendly conversation
• Helping with medication

About you

Youll bring:

• A warm, caring, and compassionate approach to supporting others
• Strong people skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships
• A supportive, professional, and team-focused mindset
• A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (please note we are currently unable to offer sponsorship)
• A full UK driving licence required with access to your own car.
