Job summary

Greensleeves Care delivers exceptional 24-hour residential, dementia and nursing care to older people across 26 care homes in England. As a Care Assistant, you will support residents while maintaining their rights to independence, privacy, dignity and choice and assist in their daily living, including dressing, washing and personal care.

You will help with mobility and use of aids, promote Greensleeves' workplace values of respect, openness and responsibility, and participate in ongoing learning

• Assist residents with mobility problems and other physical disabilities including the use and care of aids and personal equipment.

As a Care Assistant, you will:

To apply, you will need:

• An understanding of the needs of residents
• An understanding of the importance of confidentiality
• Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) diploma in care level 2 or the equivalent (Desirable)
• Experience of providing care (Desirable)
• Experience of working with elders (Desirable)
