Greensleeves Care is seeking a Care Unit Manager to join our charity delivering 24-hour residential, dementia and nursing care across 26 homes in England. You will lead the care team and work with the Home Manager to enhance care quality and compliance with CQC and Local Authority expectations.
You will build strong relationships with regulatory bodies and partner organisations to ensure best practice, patient-centred care, and positive outcomes for residents.
