Job summary

Greensleeves Care is seeking a Care Assistant in Sevenoaks to provide essential support and care to residents, promoting their independence and dignity. You'll work flexible shifts including early, late, and long day options.

The successful candidate will require a QCF diploma in care level 2 (or equivalent) along with experience in providing care and working with elders. A variety of benefits are offered, including a company pension scheme and opportunities for free learning and development.

Pay details: £12.88 - £13.51 per hour, depending on qualifications

Hours: Full-time and part-time hours available

Shifts: [including weekends] 8am-2pm Early, 2pm-8pm Late, 8am-8pm Long Day

As a Care Assistant, you will:

• Give support and care to the residents whilst maintaining their rights to independence, privacy, dignity and choice and assist in their daily living.
• Assist residents who require help to dress/undress, wash, and bath and use the toilet.
• Assist residents with mobility problems and other physical disabilities including the use and care of aids and personal equipment.
• Assist residents who need help with personal hygiene e.g. incontinence.
• Promote and adhere to the Greensleeves Care -Workplace values of respect, openness and responsibility.
