Qualifications

• Empathetic with a positive attitude and good communication skills; previous care experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and support including washing, dressing, grooming and toileting, plus meals and hydration.
• Assisting residents with daily activities to promote independence.
• Follow individual personalised care plans.
• Work as part of a team to deliver high quality, person-centred care.
• Undertake all aspects of caring for older people with compassion and respect.
• Induction training and ongoing learning opportunities; potential to achieve qualifications.
• Work shifts including weekends, evenings and bank holidays due to 24/7 operation.
• Aged 18+ with DBS checks and overseas police check if applicable.
