Job summary

Bupa Richmond Willaston Village is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in Willaston. You will provide high-standard clinical and personal care, support independence, and engage with residents with empathy and respect.

Induction is fully paid with ongoing training. DBS checks are required and will be arranged and funded by Bupa. Flexible patterns and a supportive team environment help you contribute to better lives.

Care Assistant

Location: 261 Crewe Road, Willaston, Nantwich, CW5 6GX

Salary: £13.25 per hour

Contract: Bank shifts available

Days & Nights Shifts 0800-2000 & 2000-0800

• Assisting residents with a high standard of clinical, social and emotional care.
• Recognising and meeting the specific needs of residents.
• Supporting residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care.
• Being part of a team supporting the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring our residents and reporting changes.
• Communicating with residents’ families, friends and other healthcare professionals.
• Completing a DBS check as part of the recruitment process. Bupa will cover the cost of this (£40).
