Bupa in Cheltenham's Richmond Villages is hiring Bank Care Assistants to deliver person-centred care in a luxury retirement setting. The role offers £12.75 per hour with a 10% enhancement for night shifts and a fully paid induction process.

You will work as part of a supportive team alongside nurses and senior carers, helping residents with daily activities, conversations, and wellbeing while maintaining the highest standards of dignity and respect.

• Support residents with companionship and personal care

You’ll help us make health happen by:

• Assisting residents with a high standard of clinical, social and emotional care.

• Supporting residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care
• Being part of a team supporting the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring our residents and reporting changes
• Communicating with residents’ families, friends and other healthcare professionals
