Job Description: Care Assistant - Bank Richmond Villages Wood Norton, Evesham Road, Worcestershire, WR11 4TY £12.75 per hour with paid breaks Bank. 12-hour shifts on either days 08:00-20:00 or nights 20:00-08:00

You’ll help us make health happen by:

• Assisting residents with a high standard of clinical, social and emotional care.
• Recognising and meeting the specific needs of residents
• Supporting residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care
• Being part of a team supporting the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring our residents and reporting changes
• Communicating with residents’ families, friends and other healthcare professionals
