Job summary

Bupa’s Richmond Willaston Village in Nantwich is seeking a Care Assistant to join our team. This permanent day-shift role offers 12-hour shifts and a salary of £13.25 per hour with excellent benefits.

You’ll provide high-quality clinical, social and emotional care, help residents with daily needs, and work closely with nurses and other colleagues. A DBS check will be required and funded by Bupa.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with clinical, social and emotional care.
• Recognising and meeting residents' specific needs.
• Supporting residents with companionship and personal care.
• Monitoring residents and reporting changes to the nurse or senior care assistant.
• Communicating with residents’ families, friends and other healthcare professionals.

You’ll help us make health happen by: Assisting residents with a high standard of clinical, social and emotional care. Recognising and meeting the specific needs of residents Supporting residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care Being part of a team supporting the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring our residents and reporting changes Communicating with residents’ families, friends and other healthcare professionals Because we care for vulnerable people, we’ll need you to complete a DBS check as part of the recruitment process. Bupa will cover the cost of this (£40).
