Bupa's Richmond Villages in Bedworth is looking for a Care Assistant to deliver high-quality clinical, social and emotional care to residents, within a supportive team at Richmond Bede Village. This permanent role covers days and nights, with a thorough induction and ongoing training, plus a funded DBS check (£40) and a wide range of benefits.

Job Description: Job Title: Care Assistant Location: Richmond Villages Bede, Hospital Lane, Bedworth, CV12 0PB Salary range: £13.10 per hour & Excellent Benefits Contract: Permanent - Nights & Days Available Shift Pattern: Days: 8am - 2pm, 2pm - 8pm and 8am - 8pm | Nights: 8pm–8am |Weekend rota required. You'll help us make health happen by:

• Assisting residents with a high standard of clinical, social and emotional care.
• Recognising and meeting the specific needs of residents
• Supporting residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care
• Being part of a team supporting the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring our residents and reporting changes
• Communicating with residents’ families, friends and other healthcare professionals

Because we care for vulnerable people, we’ll need you to complete a DBS check as part of the recruitment process. Bupa will cover the cost of this (£40).
