A leading luxury elderly care provider in the UK is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to deliver exceptional personal care to residents. This role involves assisting with personal hygiene and recognizing clinical risks while working in a supportive environment that values communication and flexibility. As a Care Assistant, your focus will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contribute fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. This will include assisting residents with their personal hygiene, recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors. You will be expected to work in a safe and efficient manner, with the ability to communicate effectively and be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
