Job summary

Agincare Weymouth is seeking a Home Care Assistant to support adults in their own homes with daily routines, personal care, meals, and companionship. No prior care experience is required as full training is provided.

You will travel to client homes, uphold dignity, and work with a friendly team. A full UK driving licence and flexibility for weekends are required, with a salary of £32,500 per year and 48 hours guaranteed. Benefits include pension and on‑demand pay.

The Role Of a Home Carer

• Supporting people with their daily routines, including household tasks and personal care
• Helping with shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and making a comforting cup of tea
• Providing companionship, a listening ear, and friendly conversation
• Helping with medication

About You

Above all, we’re looking for someone kind, compassionate, and genuinely passionate about helping others. You don’t need previous care experience or qualifications; if you have the right attitude and a caring nature, we can teach you the rest.

You’ll Bring
