Job summary

CCH Group is hiring a compassionate Complex Care Assistant in Abergele to support a client with a spinal cord injury. You will assist with personal care, catheter and bowel management, and daily tasks, with a friendly, engaging approach and an interest in social interaction.

Experience in care is beneficial but not essential. We provide full training, a DBS check covered, and opportunities for career growth and national relocation within CCH.

Responsibilities

• Support a client with spinal cord injury and autonomic dysreflexia.

Pay: Days £14 per hour. Sleep Nights £12.71 per hour

Shifts: Days (09:00 - 21:00) and Sleep Nights (20:00 - 09:00)

Driver required: Yes - full licence and access to your own vehicle

What you’ll do

We’re seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support a client with a spinal cord injury and autonomic dysreflexia. Your daily responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, catheter and bowel management, medication administration, and assistance with daily tasks. The client enjoys activities such as book club and choir, so a friendly, engaging approach and a genuine interest in social interaction are highly valued.

Experience in care is beneficial for this position, but is not essential.
