Job summary

Complete Care Amegreen in the UK seeks a caring Personal Care Assistant to support a client in Burleydam, Whitchurch. You will assist with daily activities to promote independence and well-being in a home setting.

Shifts include Days and Wake Nights, with full training, DBS coverage, and a supportive, patient-first team at CCH. Driving is required due to location, and sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is beneficial but not essential.
• Full nurse-led training and ongoing clinical support will be provided.
• Free DBS check is offered as part of the role.

Pay Rate:Days£13.50 and Nights £14.00 per hour

Shifts Available: Days (08:00 - 20:00) and Wake Nights (20:00 - 08:00)

Driver with a full manual license required due to the geographical location of the role, and need to drive the clients manual vehicle.

Are you the Personal Care Assistant I am looking for?

I am looking for confident, motivated and empathetic care professionals with excellent communication skills to join my 24/7 care team and support me to live life to the fullest.

I have lived with a spinal cord injury since I was 17 following a car accident, and although I require support with most daily activities, I am passionate about maintaining my independence.

I’m a self-confessed geek who loves sci‑fi, comic cons, Star Trek and Doctor Who. Music is also a huge part of my life, from attending concerts to enjoying my sound system at home. I’m interested in computers, films, gaming and keeping active through exercise.

I believe it is also important to add that I love big dogs! At the moment I don't own a dog of my own; however, in the past I did have 3 newfoundlands and a dogue de Bordeaux.

Although I can no longer walk and need assistance with most of my daily activities, I still have a strong desire to lead an independent lifestyle. With the support of my team, I know this is possible.

Qualifications
