Job summary

Bupa Tadworth Grove Care Home is seeking a Care Assistant for night shifts at Tadworth Grove, The Avenue, Epsom, Tadworth KT20 5AT. This permanent role covers 39 hours per week, including alternate weekends, with a pay range of £13.30–£14.30 per hour depending on experience.

You will support residents with personal care, monitor and document changes, assist with nutrition and hydration, and provide activities to stimulate wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Motivation, positivity, and great interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Desirable: Previous experience in a care home environment or a Health and Social Care qualification.
