Job summary

Cinnamon Care Collection's Netley Court in Southampton is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our residential and dementia care team. This full-time role offers day shifts with alternate weekends and a competitive hourly rate of £13.05, plus company benefits.

You will support residents with daily living, promote independence, and work closely with colleagues. NVQ level 2 or equivalent is preferred; full induction, training, and development are provided to help you grow within the home.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualifications; willingness to attend training.
• Role requires caring for residents with dementia with compassion.

Responsibilities

• Care for residential and dementia residents as part of a close-knit team.
• Promote choice, individuality and independence for residents.

Netley Court is a purpose-built 65 bedded residential care home set in the heart of the village of Netley Abbey caring for dementia and residential residents.

We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate and reliable carers to be part of our care team looking after our residential and dementia residents. Our team members must have a real passion for care and want to work as part of a close-knit team supporting each other, and wanting to promote choice, individuality and independence to our residents at all times.
