Job summary

Cinnamon Care Collection's Eden Court in Battersea is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our residential and dementia care team.

We offer 36 hours per week, £15.03 per hour, with paid breaks, uniforms, staff meals and pension benefits. An induction and opportunities for development within the home are provided.

Qualifications

• Physically and medically able to carry out duties and responsibilities with or without assistive aids.
• NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualifications if not willingness to attend.
• Team player, self-motivated, proactive, flexible and adaptable.
• Ability to organise and prioritise workload and work under pressure.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Care for residential and dementia residents as part of a close-knit team.
• Promote choice, individuality and independence for residents at all times.
