Job summary

Cinnamon Care Collection is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant for Mornington Court in New Milton. The role offers £13.05 per hour with company benefits and a 36-hour week on day shifts, including alternate weekends, within a luxury 57-bed home providing residential and dementia care.

Ideal candidates will have NVQ Level 2 or be willing to complete it, and must demonstrate reliability, teamwork and a genuine passion for resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Physically and medically able to carry out duties.
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualifications if not willingness to attend.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Care for residential and dementia residents as part of the care team.
• Assist residents with daily living tasks and personal care as required.
