Job summary

Cinnamon Care Collection’s Earlsfield Court in Bexhill-on-Sea seeks a dedicated Care Assistant to join the residential and dementia care team. The role is full time, 36 hours per week, with day shifts and paid breaks, uniforms provided, and a range of staff benefits.

You will support residents with daily living, promote choice and independence, and work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality care. NVQ level 2 or equivalent preferred, training available, and a strong passion for

• Physically and medically able to carry out duties
• NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualifications if not willingness to attend
