Job summary

Langford Park Care Home is looking for a compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in Exeter. This role offers options of day, night or bank shifts with 22, 33 or 44 hours per week and a friendly, supportive environment.

You will help residents with personal care, meals, activities and maintaining independence, with full induction, training and ongoing development provided. No experience required; strong people skills and teamwork are valued. Free uniform, DBS and parking are available.

Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Flexibility to cover day, night or bank shifts.
• Competence with basic IT/electronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Organise and take part in social and recreational activities.
