Job summary

Welford Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant for bank hours across days and nights at Woodleigh Nursing Home, Mansfield. No prior experience required—full training and ongoing development are provided to build confidence and qualifications.

You will support residents with daily activities, personal care, meals, and social engagement, while keeping accurate records and working as part of a supportive team. Excellent communication and IT skills are valued.

Location: Woodleigh Nursing Home, Mansfield, NG19 7AG
