Job summary

Bowbrook Care Home in Lichfield is seeking a Care Assistant to support residents with personal care and companionship. No experience required as full training is provided, with ongoing development and progression opportunities within a friendly, compassionate team.

You will work full-time on site, with weekend shifts, and benefit from free uniform, DBS, a company pension, and comprehensive inductions designed to help you build confidence and perform your role with dignity and respect for

• Good written and spoken communication and people skills.
• Team players who can adapt to flexible shifts.
• Familiarity with electronic devices and/or computer systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organise and participate in social and recreational activities for residents.
• Assist with residents' personal care and mealtimes.
• Provide support to help residents maintain independence.
• Get to know residents and their families to provide the best possible care.
• Maintain accurate records of care and daily activities.

Hours: Days, Nights or Bank - 12, 24, 36or 42per week

Location: Bowbrook Care Home,Worthington Rd, Lichfield WS13 8PG
