Job summary

Welford Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant for bank hours at Mavern House, Melksham. You’ll support residents with daily living, participate in activities, and help maintain independence.

No prior experience is required as full training and development are provided to help you build confidence and progress your career within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Good written/verbal communication and people skills.
• We like people who work well in a team.
• Flexibility is important. Team members work alternate weekends.
• Good IT skills, able to work with electronic devices and/or computer systems.

• Organise and take part in social and recreational activities.
• Assist with residents’ personal care and mealtimes.
• Provide support to help residents maintain their independence.
