Job summary

Bluebird Care Reigate is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support customers in their own homes in Reigate. You will work as part of a supportive care team, delivering high-quality care and building trusted relationships with clients.

We offer flexible shift patterns, weekend and bank holiday rates, and full training to help you provide dignified, person-centred care. Driving is essential to travel between client locations and join our Care Expert Team.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Compassionate, calm approach and good communication.
• Ability to follow care plans; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Help with meal prepping, preparation and nutrition.
• Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal.
• Carry out light housework like tidying, laundry and general cleaning.
• Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for.

Requirements
