You will work a 24-hour per week contract, 8am–8pm, with full training provided and a funded DBS check. No formal qualifications are required; experience in care is a plus, and progression opportunities exist.

Location: Marchwood, Hampshire
Salary: £13.05 per hour

Shift Times: 8am to 8pm

Care Assistant Opportunity

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family run, award-winning care home just over 30 beds in Marchwood area, looking for compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join their friendly team.

They support residents with residential, dementia, respite and reablement care.

They use the latest care technology, run a rich activities programme, and invest seriously in their team. Many of the staff have been with them for years, and they are proud to have supported people to progress from Care Assistant all the way to Deputy Manager.

The Care Assistant Role

As a Care Assistant, you will support residents with their day-to-day needs, helping them maintain independence, dignity and quality of life.

Your responsibilities will include:
