Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a care home or similar setting.
• Experience supporting individuals living with dementia is desirable.
• Compassionate and person-centred approach required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills a must.

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality, person-centred care to residents.

The Role

As a Care Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting residents with their day-to-day needs and ensuring they receive the highest standard of compassionate, person-centred care.
