Job summary

Belong Morris Feinmann is hiring a Care Assistant to join our village-style home. The role involves working with the household to deliver person-centred care and support for residents.

You will provide personal and practical care, support mealtimes, assist with moving, and help maintain quality records and relationships with families. This position requires compassion and flexibility in a not-for-profit setting.

• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Committed to providing a high standard of care, promoting dignity and respect.
• Previous experience working within an elderly care setting.
• Team player but able to work on your own initiative.
• Dependable, able to work well under pressure and flexible to meet the needs of the Home.

Pay: £13.45 p/h

Shifts: 8am - 3pm, 3pm - 10pm a combination of the two.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Care Assistant to join our team in Belong Morris Feinmann.

About the Role:

As a care assistant, you will work together with other staff in the running of the household. You will aim to maintain high standards of care and service towards customers, relatives, visitors and other members of staff. You will be providing a range of personal and practical care to our residents.

Duties and Responsibilities:
