Belong Atherton is seeking a Care Assistant to join our not-for-profit village community. You will work alongside staff to provide person-centred care and support to residents living in a household setting.
The role involves assisting with personal care, mealtimes and activities, while maintaining dignity, privacy and excellent records. Weekend shifts are required, with induction and ongoing development offered.

Pay: £13.45p/h
Shifts: 8am – 3pm, 3pm – 10pm a combination of the two.

About the Role:
As a care assistant, you will work together with other staff in the running of the household. You will aim to maintain high standards of care and service towards customers, relatives, visitors and other members of staff. You will be providing a range of personal and practical care to our residents.
