Job summary

All Care Services is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support older adults across the Lewes area in regaining independence at home. You will deliver compassionate, person-centred care and contribute to a supportive home-care environment.

We welcome applicants with or without prior care experience; full training is provided. Roles include early/late shifts, weekend work, and enhanced pay for unsociable hours and public holidays. Disability Confident Employer.

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across the Lewes area helping them regain independence in their own homes.

Travel Requirements: This is a community-based role, Drivers with a Full Uk licence, your own vehicle and business insurance, non-drivers also welcome as we provide a free local bus pass to support your travel.

Right to Work: You must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer sponsorship currently.

Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends
